Here, I choosed to maximise this subject for the eyes and for the ears in a funny way: beautiful creations of japanese sweets, reminding the colors of the chakras and some specific musics or videos. The smell, the taste and the touch will be add during the next Mochi Party!  1) First chakra : the roots chakra The roots chakra shows the health of our relations with the tribe, the family, our deepest roots, stabilty and security. The sounds is the note Do. Drums and percussion are what make us better understand the energy of this chakra. Here are two videos that express the feeling of belonging to the clan and how we cannot reason this energy!
 2) Second chakra : the sacred chakra The sacred chakra is directly related to the expression of our creativity, our well-being and our satisfaction. The energy is about sexuality, sensuality and possession. Its note is Ré. Latin dances energize this chakra and help understand its qualities.
 3) Third chakra : the solar chakra Solar chakra is connected to self-awareness, personal power, and self-esteem. There, is freedom of choice and self-confidence. Its note is Mi. The Marches are that best to express this chakra.
 4) 4th chakra: the heart chakra The chakra of the heart speaks of unity, of love, of brotherhood. There, is purity and peace. The note is Fa and choirs are their best expression.
 5) The fifth chakra: the throat chakra The throat chakra is related to our ability to communicate and our integrity. The Supreme truth comes from this chakra, its note is Sol. The operas are the best to express its qualities.
 6) The sixth chakra: the frontal chakra Frontal chakra is the seat of our wisdom, our judgement and our imagination. There, is also the imagination and intuition. Classical music is the best expression of its energy, especially the Mozart sonatas.
 7) The seventh chakra: the coronal chakra Coronal chakra expresses the grace, beauty, serenity and the oneness with all that exists. Its note is the Si and the sounds that perfectly reflect this light energy are found in Indian Ragas.
